This Privacy Policy describes how Veridyne Holdings, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the YardRunPro mobile application and related services (collectively, "Service"). By using YardRunPro, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Account information: First name, last name, business name, email address, and phone number when you register.
Customer data: Names, addresses, phone numbers, service notes, and payment information for your lawn care customers that you enter into the app.
Payment information: When you connect a Stripe account to collect card payments, Stripe collects and processes your payment credentials. We store only your Stripe account ID — we do not store full card numbers or bank details.
Communications: Messages you send to us via email or in-app support.

Information collected automatically

Device information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage data: Features used, screens viewed, actions taken within the app, and crash/error logs.
Location data: With your permission, approximate or precise GPS location to support route optimization and ETA calculations. Location data is used in real time and is not stored beyond the current session unless you explicitly save a job location.
Log data: IP address, access times, and pages or features accessed when using web-based portions of the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Process transactions and send related information (receipts, payment confirmations)
Send SMS messages to your customers on your behalf (ETAs, delay alerts, payment links)
Optimize delivery routes using third-party mapping services
Send you service-related notices, updates, and support messages
Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service and develop new features
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with third-party providers who help us operate the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data only as directed by us and in accordance with this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Your Customers' Data

You are responsible for the customer data you enter into YardRunPro. You represent that you have the right to provide this data and that your use of it complies with applicable law, including requirements to obtain consent for SMS communications under the TCPA. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. You remain the data controller for your customers' personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and customer data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (such as payment records). Customer records you soft-delete in the app are permanently purged after 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

Access and portability: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email we send.
Location data: You may revoke location permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features (route optimization, ETA) require location access to function.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications to your device regarding your account, jobs, and service updates. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

12. International Users

YardRunPro is operated in the United States and is intended for use in the United States only. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. The updated Policy will be effective as of the date posted. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
